Florence Filter is seeking an energetic Sales Professional. We are looking for an ambitious individual who has experience contacting warm and cold leads to establish New Business.  

Job Requirements

1. Comfortable with working a combination of warm and cold leads 
2. Adaptable and open to positive coaching
3. Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections  
4. Proficient in both verbal and written communication
5. Comfortable with having performance evaluated based on key performance indicators
6. Experienced in B2B sales, outbound calling, account management, and CRM
7. Proficient with current computer operating systems such as Linux, Windows, and Google Suite
8. Ideal candidate would have a background working with any of the following: 
9. • HVAC installation/maintenance
   • HVAC Contracting 
   • General Contracting
   • Paint booths 
   • Spray booths
   • Powder coating 
   • Finishing and staining 

Florence Filter has an excellent training program. We are willing to train motivated sales professionals to be Air filtration specialists.

Compensation / Benefits

1. Hourly Compensation 
2. Performance based commission structure (uncapped commissions!)
3. We contribute to half of the Medical/Dental costs of your plan if you choose to enroll
4. Accrued Paid Time Off

Compensation structure

1. Earn a percentage New and Reactivation customers
2. Residual commission for Existing/Recurring customer orders.
3. Uncapped commission structure.
4. Additional Incentives/Spiffs/Bonuses

In addition to an hourly wage, the Account Executive will be eligible for commissions based on invoiced sales with different percentages on New Accounts, React Accounts, and Existing/Recurring accounts.

Work Hours

Full-time Salaried Position 

Office Hours M-F from 7:30am-4:30pm
