he team in our front office is a wonderful group full of energy, team effort, and dedication. We are looking for an office assistant who can prioritize daily duties, efficiently multi-task, and meet deadlines. You must be a proactive learner, as you will be cross-trained in all front office duties. To be considered for this position, you should have 2+ years experience in an office environment, preferably for a manufacturing/distribution company.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Data Entry
Daily Deposits
Mail distribution
Customer Service
Weekly & Monthly Reports
Miscellaneous Office Duties
Required Skills
Strong prioritization and timely delivery of work
Excellent people skills
Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and responsible
Excellent typing skills, including 50+ WPM and fast 10-key by touch
Vast knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and functions.
